努力、實踐、爭取，都是步驟，都是過程，都是必經之路。
昨日的負面情緒是否有造成一些影響？

這幾年我學習把負面想成是一個「提醒」，一個「轉念的轉折點」。
我沒有很用力地要扭轉”負面”的意思，這樣太辛苦了。

抱負，也像是在群體中，大聲宣誓的颯氣，那舉高的拳頭，有著豪氣萬丈的氣勢。
抱負，很像是一筆一畫，用力刻畫於紙上，刻鏤於心上的宣言。
心中的抱負，需要有舞台伸展。
舞台的取得，需要有平日努力、累積經驗。
當我們滑著手機，看著明星們、網紅們的作品，是看不到背後的努力和用心的。
可當自己想要嘗試模仿時，才知道事事項項皆是門道，皆是專業，皆是學習。
我每日努力抽塔羅牌，讀牌並努力認真寫下每字每句，就也是學習，也是努力，更是實踐，更是成長。
我也希望我的抱負，有朝一日，能成真，能實現，能被很多人看見。
