The fish was really fresh and with the sauce it gives the fish a fresh taste

Main course- Indian curry

The Indian curry was quite different from the Indian curry made by Taiwanese. The spice in the curry is really strong and gives the curry a special flavor.

Desserts-Spice and Chocolate mousse

It's the best chocolate desserts I've ever had. The Indian spice brings the chocolate mousse to the higher level. With the pistachio topping, it provides the crunchy texture of the desserts. It's a must-try desserts in Joseph.

My Experience

It's definitely a nice experience visiting Joseph Bistro. You can taste the real Indian food and spice here. And the chef is quite interesting. He even shows the spice he uses to the customers. The decoration and the light in the Joseph Bistro is quite warm and fit for family members to come and enjoy their great time together. The price of the cuisine is quite reasonable. And the ingredients they use is all original foods. If you like to enjoy original foods as I do I think you will also like here. If you want to come and enjoy Indian food, you'll have to make a reservation 2 months in advance. Because there are not so much Indian cuisine fine dining restaurant in Taiwan. So please plan your visit in advance!
