【BKCooking#烘焙好好玩】Cheesy garlic bread 香蒜起司麵包
跟大家分享簡單又好吃的麵包作法,
本來要做肉桂捲的麵團拿來做麵包試試,沒想到也不錯!
Baking can be easy and fun, was planned to make cinnamon rolls, and I use this dough to made garlic bread lol, smell so good and tasty! You should try it!
Ingredients 材料:
Dough麵團部份:
All purpose flour 中筋麵粉 250g
Sugar 糖 40g
A pinch of salt 鹽 一撮
Butter 奶油 50g
Yeast 酵母粉3g
Milk 牛奶200ml
Garlic spread抹醬部份:
Butter 奶油 30g
Garlic puree 蒜泥2tbsp
Spring onion 蔥末2tbsp
Sugar 糖10g
Mozzarella cheese 起司絲
作法:
1. 溫熱牛奶與奶油後加入糖攪拌,離火降溫至體溫溫度即可加入酵母粉,攪拌均勻蓋上保鮮膜/溼布發酵。
2. 加入麵粉攪拌均勻後再度蓋上溼布至密閉空間或是烤箱發酵1小時。
3. 拿出發好的麵團揉10分鐘至按下不回彈即可。
4. 將抹醬攪拌均勻。
5. 麵團整形好,表面劃刀橫直各三,再將抹醬塗在縫隙跟表面,鋪上起司。
6. 烤箱預熱180度20分鐘即可。
