【焗烤白醬雞肉菠菜貝殼麵】
最近愛上貝殼麵,每一口都是小湯匙盛滿醬汁,每一口都是汁多過癮!
如果你家裡有大人小孩討厭吃綠色蔬菜,這時候一鍋煮的菜+醬最適合矇騙過去了!加上天氣變冷白醬這種暖呼呼又香濃(濃稠)的食物最棒了!!! 冰箱有剩下的菜餚像什麼蒜味蒸雞這種拿來做更快速!
材料:
蒜頭 2瓣
洋蔥 1/2顆
香菇 5朵
白醬 1碗
貝殼麵
菠菜 3小把
蒜味雞肉 2隻雞腿
起司絲
奧立岡葉
鹽 1/2茶匙
雞肉醃料:
鹽巴 1大匙
米酒 1大匙
蒜末 2瓣
醬油 1大匙
做法:
1. 雞腿切小塊與醃料混合醃漬過夜。
2. 小鍋煮貝殼麵,加入1小匙鹽巴跟油,煮約5~7分鐘,撈起備用。
3. 利用煮麵水燙熟菠菜,擠乾。
4. 鍋子加入少許油炒香洋蔥碎,加入蒜末炒至洋蔥透明加入雞肉煎香,雞肉底部變色後加入香菇碎翻炒。
5. 加入燙過菠菜、白醬調勻(留4大匙),放入耐烤容器,一層鋪滿後再加入2匙白醬,撒上起司絲,重複蓋上2層,放入烤箱以180度烤20分鐘即可。

【Cheesy Conchiglie with White Sauce】
Weather getting cold lately, nothing is better than a cheesy and cozy warm white sauce pasta in winter time!
Love conchiglie lately! Just like a mini ladle coat and each bite all juicy sauce! Yum!!!!
Ingredients:
Garlic 2cloves
Onion 1/2
Shiitake mushrooms 5
bechamel sauce 1bowl
conchiglie
spinach 3bunches
garlic chicken 2chicken thigh
shredded cheese
oregano leaves
salt 1/2tsp
marinate with chicken:
salt 1tbsp
cooking rice wine 1tbsp
minced garlic 2cloves
soy sauce 1tbsp
method:
1. Cut chicken thigh in small pieces and marinate over night.
2. Cook conchiglie with water, 1tsp of salt and oil for 5~7min, then drain.
3. You can use same pot to blanch spinach, when water bring to boil, turn off heat and squeeze water out of spinach.
4. Use another pot to fry onion chops with minced garlic, stir fry till it get soft then add chicken, when chicken bottom is cooked, add chopped mushrooms and keep stirring.
5. Add cooked spinach and bechamel sauce (you need to leave 4tbsp of it for later), then mix probably and pour into vessel, add 2tbsp of bechamel sauce and cheese on top, repeat like 2 layer and grill with 180°C for 20min.
