💛這樣煮【牛肉海帶湯】才夠味道!💛

現在不能出國,追劇追到很心動該怎麼辦,跟大家分享這個30分鐘內可以搞定的營養湯品,料理白痴都可以辦到的簡單湯品,保證好吃又香濃~

韓國生日必喝的海帶湯原來這麼簡單又快速耶!利用家裡常用備品乾燥海帶芽泡一泡就能拌炒,湯頭也不用熬煮什麼乳白湯(不過如果有高湯直接運用會更好喝啦)只能說簡單又美味cp值高的煮婦們就開心啦!

👉可以挑選比較嫩的乾燥海帶芽,而且海帶很適合煮久一點,會越煮越好吃喔!

材料:(鍋子1700ml)

乾燥海帶芽    1小把

乾燥香菇        5朵

洋蔥        1/2顆

牛肉片 1盒

高湯        1000cc

泡香菇水        300cc

蒜末        4瓣

醬油        1.5匙

香油        1大匙

做法:

1.     海帶芽泡水、香菇擦乾淨泡水。

2.     香油炒洋蔥絲至軟後加入蒜末拌炒到透加入牛肉續炒,肉炒香加入泡好的海帶芽、香菇續炒。

👉小秘訣:泡發的海帶芽要炒過鮮味釋放且更有鍋氣才好吃!

3.     加入泡過香菇的水跟高湯煮到滾加入醬油調味即可。

【Seaweed Soup with Beef (Miyeokhuk)】

Korean will have this for celebrate their birthday, and this is so simple and full of nutrition and definitely will warm you up in winter time!

Ingredients (for 1700ml pot ):

Dried seaweed

Dried shiitake mushrooms 5

Onion 1/2

Beef slices 1box

Broth 1000cc

Soaking liquid from mushrooms

Garlic 4cloves, minced

Soy sauce 1.5tbsp

Sesame oil 1tbsp

Method:

1.     Soak dried seaweed and cut it. Soak shiitake mushrooms.

2.     Pour sesame oil and fry shredded onions till soft, add minced garlic and beef slices, keep stirring till smell good, add seaweed, mushrooms and keep stir-frying.

👉TIPS: stir fry soaked seaweeds can bring more unami and flavors.

3.     Add broth and soaking liquid from mushrooms and add soy sauce and cook till it bring to boil.
