I am gonna to share you with my new love ❤️ The tiny canéle. Canelé is a small French pastry from Bordeaux, mixing with vanilla, rum, egg, butter, sugar, and flour.

The canelé that I share today made by one of my classmates, as a professional coffee brewer, he used his break time and did a lot of research, trying hundreds times and finally finds out the perfect recipe for the Angel Bell 🔔

The flour is slightly gelatinized after being refrigerated, and it bakes out like a honeycomb inside, which is definitely fascinating.

The reason why I love canelé is because its caramelized crunchy shell and the soft custard-like inside. These custardy caramelized canelé are so addictive to eat and is definitely my favorite French pâtisserie!

As far as I know, canelés are quite difficult to make as it requires dozens of practice, patient and specific.

Look at its caramélisé, shining shell, give it a bite and the smell coming rush into my mouth 🤤

And what about the way to keep these tiny delicate?

The best way is to keep them in your stomach ASAP when you receive the canelé! Otherwise you have to keep them in frozen and whether eat them cold or heat-up in the oven with 180 Celsius degrees for 6 minutes❤️
