看到秀秀 @showshowcooking 的蒜濃白雞湯看的好心動,從娘家A了大雞腿就來煮 #一鍋到底 懶人版本的濃蔥蒜雞白湯麵吧!這年頭時機歹歹,還是多吃點提高抵抗力的好!

📣 📜 材料:
大雞腿1隻
1整個蒜球
紅蘿蔔約1/3截
洋蔥1顆
蔥絲
鹽
黑胡椒
水約700ml
做法:
1. 蔬菜都切成小丁,蒜頭去皮備用。雞腿剁大塊用鹽醃漬。
2. 鍋子加點油熱鍋,雞腿皮朝下煎,待香氣出來加入蒜頭跟洋蔥丁,把蔬菜都放入煎香,倒入水煮快滾時拿食物攪打器避開雞腿把材料打成泥,可依照自己喜好濃稠度,滾後轉小火蓋鍋蓋燜煮再10分鐘,最後調味即可。可再多放蔥絲,淋上熱油搭配蒜酥會更好吃喔!

One quarter chicken thigh
1 whole garlic
Carrot abt 1/3
1onion
Spring onions, shredded
Black pepper
Salt
Water abt 700ml
Method:
1. Cut carrot and onions, chop chicken in big chunks and marinate with salt.
2. Pour a bit oil in pan, sautéed chicken with skin first, about 1min, put garlic, onions, carrots in and sear them, add water and lid on until bring to boiling, turn to low heat, use hand blender blend soup (avoid chickens), then cook for more10min and seasoning, serve with extra shredded spring onions and crispy garlic oil.
