Tsui Wah is Hong Kong’s famous restaurant which captures the very essence of Hong Kong’s local cuisine. My friends and thought the dishes provide in Sg is quite different in Hong Kong. It seems that Tsui Wah makes some changes to fit Singaporean’s flavor.
