↓前一小時有吃福勝亭套餐,想說還有點餓,然後都來了杉本了就吃一下他們的套餐。
我選了1580的和牛雙品,海鮮我不敢吃,所以豬肉那盤都幫我+1片。

↓這個是我吃飽飯後拍隔桌,燈光還真的有夠暗,桌上那壺是冰麥茶。

↓這有點鐵板烤肉的感覺。
醬料:那個壺嘴是沾醬,甜鹹適中的還不錯,其他是胡椒粉和辣粉,旁邊牆壁有貼打卡加購價,我一點也不想打卡,店員也沒特別主動推,看起來是蠻優惠的。

上面的玉子我請服務生給我挖掉了,我還以為吃起來會很雷,結果意外的不錯,雖然那個醬帶點微辣(胡椒?),上面的那個是炸金針菇。 比較了燒肉Smile的沙拉,我每次吃都覺得有夠菜。

↓這裡有個插曲,一開始爐火有夠大,我當時就是愣了一下請人員幫我調小火,第一批勇士們壯烈犧牲,主要是我以為我能控制住,真的是我以為。

七分熟:溫度夠燙的話下去3-7秒,翻面3秒,直接起來,會帶點肉紅色。

我是屬於習慣自己動手的那種人,所以沒有使用到幫烤的桌邊服務。店內容客量真的蠻低的,而且位置屬於開放式,除非坐到最裡面,不然用餐時都還是會一直被路過,對我來說倒是無所謂就是了。
價位的話比燒肉Smile高很多,但整體我會更喜歡這間。
