約克郡布丁是英國家常也是週末烤肉很常出現搭配的食物,外酥內軟味道鹹香濃郁,口感介於蛋糕跟軟法,由於算是有點半炸烤,酥香口感保證一吃愛上!最後還能來抹盤子、吸醬汁,非常耐吃!

📣 📜試了好幾次的配方:(約12顆)

雞蛋        4顆

中筋        200g

牛奶        500ml

鹽1搓

肉桂粉1搓

做法:

1.     把材料均勻攪拌到無顆粒,冰入冰箱30分鐘,這時候把模具倒入油,要倒入1/3的高度才會酥脆喔!然後先加熱240度烤5分鐘讓油加熱到劈哩啪啦的時候,把麵糊拿出攪拌下,再拿一個承接的湯匙,倒入模具8分滿,離開時用湯匙接著才不會滴到邊邊,進去烤箱再烤15分鐘就會邊邊澎起囉!

👉小秘訣:1.倒油的時候可以先把第一排都灌滿,接著傾斜讓油往下方流,這樣可以平均每格都有均勻的油量。

2.     倒麵糊的時候拿一個湯匙接著,不然滴到邊邊烤焦會很難清。

Method:

1.     Mix and stir probably till smooth, and put in fridge for 30min, at this time you can prepare baking mold, pour oil into mold 1/3 high, then heat up with oven with 240 degrees for at least min. when oil hot enough take batter out from fridge, stir then pour into hot oil, use another spoon to avoiding drop on baking mold, then bake with another 15min.

👉TIPS: 1. Pour oil you can fill the first row close to hand, then lift up to let oil eventually flow down and reach all pits.

2.     Use another spoon to catch dropping batter.
