Mr🐷 as always planned ahead and booked us dinner at Morton's.
For the price, the location, the fame of the restaurant the overall dinning experience wasn't great.
The steak was too raw and chewy； we shouldn't have taken floor manager's recommendation for 3分熟. The waiter keeps bumping into each other. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. The floor manager just matter of factedly come to your table side pretend to care if she really wants to know how'd you like your dish. The window shades were down due to the fogs so you couldn't even see downtown or Taipei 101 that day.
There's a minimum NT$4K spent per person. That's totally fine if the food was great, the service is on par with that level of fine dining (as it should have been) or a memorable view of the city. But we got none, so for all of you who want to check it out, I'd recommend you take your business to Ruth Christ where you leave without draining your wallet and a full stomach 😊
