有綜合魚料丁、甜蝦及海膽,飯的部分都已經先淋上特調的柚味醬油,可以拌著上面的芥末,不會太死鹹又帶有一點微嗆的口感🤤,旁邊的海苔也可以自己包成手卷😜附贈的松露蒸蛋,吃起來很滑嫩,鹹香的松露讓蒸蛋變得更加分,可說是必點之一👍

有鮭魚、干貝及比目魚鰭邊肉,但鮭魚似乎是炙燒的不夠,所以香氣沒有出來,干貝很大一顆,吃起來鮮甜飽滿非常過癮😍😍比目魚鰭邊肉很軟嫩,可惜的是量有點少,相較於其他兩者會比較感受不到它的存在😂另外還加了鮭魚卵豐富了整體的口感

🔶Seafood with Hand Scroll Rice $390(Steamed Egg with Truffle)
There are lots of fish pieces, shrimp and sea urchin. The rice is strained some seasoned pomelo flavor soya sauce, you could combine with mustard, it’s tasted not to salty with a bit numbness.🤤The laver beside, you could also use it to roll like a hand scroll. 😜 The steamed egg with truffle is tasted smooth and the slight salty truffle lets it more delicious overall. 👍
🔶Grilled Three Seafood 2.0 $490
There are salmon, scallop and halibut side fin, but the salmon isn’t grilled enough that the flavor isn’t obvious. The scallop is large which makes me feel good to have them. 😍😍 The halibut side fin is very soft, but the quantity is very less that I could hardly to feel it. 😂 And there are also some salmon egg to enrich all the flavor.
