使用整片的莎朗牛肉，軟嫩不柴肉汁豐富，尤其是它的可頌外酥內軟裡頭帶點鹽味與奶香結合起來剛剛好😋好吃到希望份量可以再大一點😜另外搭配上生菜沙拉、炒蛋和優格，新鮮蔬食健康無負擔🙌
🔹義大利麵-招牌粉紅香煎六兩G腿$208
是店家特製的紅醬+白醬，緊緊吸附在麵條上不會有膩口的感覺，雞腿肉的外皮煎的酥脆，咬起來鹹香鹹香的，比較可惜的是似乎煎的有點過頭，肉質少了軟嫩的口感有一點偏硬😅

玻璃瓶外觀可愛，使用金屬吸管相當環保，咖啡喝起來不苦澀，豐富的早午餐就適合來一杯美式做搭配😌
🔹格雷伯爵鮮奶茶$90
招牌鮮奶茶是選用唐寧牌的伯爵茶，伯爵的香氣和牛奶的比例蠻剛好的，不會太重而蓋掉奶味

Industrial decoration and high ceiling make me feel comfortable. There are not only brunch dishes but also spaghetti and fried oolong. The brunch dishes could assemble by yourself.
🔹Pink Young Girl Dish-Original Sirloin $258(Back Sirloin, Vegetables, Fried Egg, Mashed Potato ,Handmade Fresh Milk Yogurt, Croissant)
Use whole slice of sirloin steak, it’s soft, juicy and not too dry. Especially croissant’s outside is crispy and it’s soft inside with bit salt and milk flavor, that’s perfect. 😋 Just hope this could be bigger. 😜 And it’s healthy wih vegetables, fried egg and yogurt. 🙌
🔹Spaghetti-Signature Pink Fried 225g Chicken Leg $208
This is special made red sauce and white one by chef, which is easy to attach on noodles and not too greasy. Surface of chicken leg is fried crispy and tasted bit salty and smelled nice. It’s a little pity that’s fried bit long, the meat is a little hard. 😅
🔹Coffee Addict-Classic Americano(I)$65(H)$60
The bottle is very cute and it’s nice choice to use metal straw. Coffee isn’t bitter, delicious brunch should company with a cup of Americano to enjoy. 😌

Use Twinnings earl grey tea, the ratio of tea and milk is perfect, it’s not too heavy to cover the milk flavor.
