巴斯克焦香乳酪蛋糕 (Basque Burnt Cheese Cake)材料:奶油乳酪(Cream Cheese)-250g,鷄蛋(Egg)-3顆,砂糖(Sugar)-60g,低筋麵粉(Cake Flour)-20g,牛奶(Milk)-200g

1.首先將奶油乳酪倒入大碗中稍微攪拌
2.接著砂糖分次加入攪拌至無顆粒
3.然後加入鷄蛋分三次一顆一顆的加入攪拌至均匀
4.再來加入牛奶攪拌均匀
5.接著再篩入低筋麵粉攪拌至無顆粒
6.將攪拌好的麵糊篩入鋪好烘焙紙的602圓鋁盤裏,麵糊大約篩入鋁盤的3分之2(可做2個哦!)

7.接著烤箱預熱5分鐘後,放入烤箱用230°C烤35-40分鐘

8.烤好後待冷卻放入冰箱冷藏5小時後就可以享用啦
