已經許久沒有吃到創意日式料理了,這次與Gavin到訪鄰近東區的一間花酒蔵餐酒館,來之前就聽同事說這間很棒,非常適合小酌,而且主打日本清酒,如果下班想要聚餐,不彷也可以來chill一下~位於安和路一段上,鄰近忠孝敦化站步行約5分鐘,搭乘大眾運輸非常便利。

花酒蔵餐酒館外觀明亮,店裡與店外都可以看到滿滿的清酒牆,裝潢除了日式風格外,也結合了美式bar的調調,推開木門映入眼簾都是滿滿的酒、各式清酒、調酒,還沒點餐都想先點一杯了呢!(禁止酒駕、未滿十八歲禁止飲酒)

草莓冰棒清酒
有三種喝法,第一種是喝清酒的原味嚐出清酒的甘甜、單吃草莓冰棒,第二種是邊吃冰棒邊嚐清酒,感受草莓與清酒融化再口中的口感,第三種是等待草莓冰棒融化慢慢攪拌,混合在清酒裡,變成草莓清酒口感帶著草莓的香氣。

焦糖帕瑪火腿酪梨捲
原來花酒蔵是台灣第一間販售加州卷的餐廳呢!店員送上後會用噴槍將表面的焦糖烤焦,在烤的過程中除了視覺的享受外,同時也散發出焦糖的香氣,壽司裡面包著北海道松葉蟹泥與帕瑪森火腿,吃起來口感綿密帶點焦糖味,酪梨片的點綴清爽可口。

日式與美式的碰撞結合創作出無國界料理,不管是調酒或是美食,都可以感受到店家的用心,送上每一道餐點的時候,服務生也會細心介紹到餐點的特點與口感,這次最巧的是回家打卡在IG,以前當兵的學弟居然跟我說,學長昨天你吃的那些料理,都是他準備的,真的是倍感驚喜!等我下一次的到訪~
