My preferred Sunday mode can be described as "cozy and caffeinated", not only recharging my spirit with a nice coffee, also erase the tiredness from the bushed week. Akau's soft opening spot just located near my house, which comes from the well-known cafe from Pingtung.
Basically, I'm pretty okie with their coffee taste☕️, also their store-decor. I can tell there’s a bit of Mexican taste with some spicy color inside the design. 🇲🇽🇲🇽 Which is so much different from the Korean-style cafe on-trend in recent years. I can't wait to see the grand opening, looking forward to spending my weekend in Akau in the near future~
選在試營運最後一天來踩點，也算是不枉費我對於咖啡的熱衷了💋
第一次喝上Akau Coffee 猻物咖啡是在他們屏東總店，才不到半年之內沒想到就在高雄與他們相遇了！這次高雄的地點選的蠻特殊的，倚海的風景🌊配上高雄四季如夏🌞的天氣，完整體現了南島風情。
且店外配色剛好是我很喜歡的辛辣橘，裝設帶一股墨西哥 粗曠洒脫的品味，個人蠻喜歡Akau營造出來的氛圍，跟近年大部分咖啡廳愛走的韓風做出了區隔！💯💯
目前試營運階段他們只提供了外帶的服務，未來正式營運時將會開放二樓內用空間，並提供輕食餐點，還蠻期待看到他們之後正式開幕！
目前以一樓的部分來說，可以看出Akau Coffee對於大港店的定位跟屏東 職人町 走得完全是不同的風格！屏東總店的版本比較貼近北歐簡約風格，而大港店的就正如前面所說的 帶有『狂野、奔放』的墨式風格，也算是貼合了我們對於高雄如此炎熱卻同時既火辣又熱情的港都之都做了很不錯的詮釋！
落日美式 Sunset Americano
口感不會因為柳橙的果酸而顯得過澀，適當的水果香味配上精心挑選過的咖啡豆，是很順口的！我甚至放著過了好幾個小時後 (乖寶寶們別學XD 咖啡還是要新鮮品嚐才比較好～) 也沒有因為放置過久而導致柳橙的皮質氧化而導致口感酸澀，光是這點我認為值得我為了他再次光顧！
