I had a cup of coffee cocktail at a secret dating place with a secret menu. The name of the cocktail is Robin- a sign of an angel as well as ‘relationship’, brings spring and love to people.
This cocktail is like spring, has a light taste of the mixture of coffee and gin, plus a bit of sparking and sweetness. These all made me think of nicely blossomed flowers.
夏天來臨前、傳說中爲「上帝之鳥」的知更出現在鵲～
這次金萬和阿問設計的四月咖啡調酒喝起來很清爽🍹基底為葉門 摩卡 馬大以利冷萃咖啡，搭配山生有幸的洛日夜留香製成的茶糖，以及代表知更胸前橘紅色的蜜柑酒+橘子汽水，最後佐一點點的英國高登琴酒，來提升整體的味道，讓知更表現的更豐富又細緻～

知更象徵著春天、幸福，也是愛情和忠貞，邊品嚐邊想著最近的狀態，還蠻符合的呢～
