Our NEIPA series continues with possibly our most exciting experiment. This year we split our harvest brew in half to compare "wet" and "dry" hops. The can you hold, received a dry hop with the OG of craft hops, Cascade. The hops come from the Yakima Valley in Washington state. Processed by BSC which has the highest certified hop processing facility, to ensure that the citrus/ grapefruit aroma we love, shines in this NEIPA.
