第一步驟當然是備齊以下

第二步驟..醃製這些雞翅..務必將醃料淹過雞翅然後放冰箱..大約一個小時

第三步..先煎一下,過程中可以用刀子劃開比較厚的地方避免外皮焦了裡面肉還沒熟..
接著放進烤箱烤一下,因為偏愛乾乾焦焦的口感..所以我烤得比較久..

準備如下

第一步..麻油先煎豬血糕後取出..放旁邊備用

第三步..倒進調味料,嚐一下味道..個人喜好來調喜歡的口味

接著再放進豬血糕..小火等收汁(過程中要翻面)

最後一步,九層塔終於要來了(水放太多收汁等很久😆)收汁即將結束後,放入九層塔..大火再炒一下
