約克郡布丁是英國家常也是週末烤肉很常出現搭配的食物，外酥內軟味道鹹香濃郁，口感介於蛋糕跟軟法，由於算是有點半炸烤，酥香口感保證一吃愛上！最後還能來抹盤子、吸醬汁，非常耐吃！ 我。超。級。愛！！！ 🍽約克郡布丁 🍽戰斧豬排 🍽哈魯米沙拉 —————— 📣 📜試了好幾次的配方：(約12顆) 雞蛋 4顆 中筋 200g 牛奶 500ml 鹽1搓 肉桂粉1搓 做法： 1. 把材料均勻攪拌到無顆粒，冰入冰箱30分鐘，這時候把模具倒入油，要倒入1/3的高度才會酥脆喔！然後先加熱240度烤5分鐘讓油加熱到劈哩啪啦的時候，把麵糊拿出攪拌下，再拿一個承接的湯匙，倒入模具8分滿，離開時用湯匙接著才不會滴到邊邊，進去烤箱再烤15分鐘就會邊邊澎起囉！ 👉小秘訣：1.倒油的時候可以先把第一排都灌滿，接著傾斜讓油往下方流，這樣可以平均每格都有均勻的油量。 2. 倒麵糊的時候拿一個湯匙接著，不然滴到邊邊烤焦會很難清。 ------------ENG---------- Just LOVE【#YorkshirePudding】! is also a common and tradition England food, outside so crispy and soft tender inside, and it special bowl-ish shape, can contain gravy or sauce so well, wipe plate perfectly! 🍽 Yorkshire Pudding 🍽Pork steak 🍽Haloumi salad —————— 📣 📜Ingredient (for 12): Egg 4 Pain flour 200g Milk 500ml A pinch of salt Cinnamon powder Method: 1.
